Strategy, Finance and Resources Committee
This Committee is responsible for considering matters relating to the detailed development of University Group strategy and the determination of large scale and reputationally sensitive capital developments.
This Committee considers and determines matters in respect of the University's human resources. This includes ensuring that pay and conditions of employment are properly determined and implemented for all categories of employees and monitoring the University's staff composition.
This Committee is responsible for monitoring the University's performance against the Education Strategy. The Committee is also responsible for ensuring that high levels of academic standards and student experience are achieved and maintained.
Professor Andrew Turner is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Curriculum Development and a member of the Vice Chancellor's Office at Coventry University.

Laboratories for sport science simulation
Our laboratories are equipped with an athletics track allowing students to identify biomechanical abnormalities. We have one of the most advanced environmental rooms in Europe giving students the chance to test the effects of environmental conditions on the body and more.
Our new Science and Health Building contains 2 purpose built simulation houses which can be adapted to support a number of learning scenarios around supporting patients in their own homes.
